About
Dustin Manz – Professional Hockey Player & Skills Coach
I am a current professional hockey player with the Bloomington Bison in the New York Rangers organization, bringing with me five years of Division 1 hockey experience—three years at Lake Superior State University and two years at American International College (AIC).
I’m passionate about helping young athletes elevate their game. I work with players from 11U to Junior levels, focusing on skill development, game IQ, and mental preparation. My training combines detailed video analysis of your own game—including breakdowns of NHL players—and proven techniques to build confidence, improve decision-making, and sharpen on-ice performance.
Whether you’re looking to refine your shot, enhance your hockey sense, or gain an edge with professional-level insight, I’m here to help.

Our Services
1-on-1 Video Analysis & Customized Off-Season Training
We provide personalized video analysis to help players see the game from a new perspective. Each session takes place over a 60-minute Zoom call, where we break down all of your shifts and review key moments from your games. Together, we’ll analyze the situations you encounter and identify ways to make you more dangerous—both with and without the puck.
To reinforce these lessons, we incorporate NHL video clips so you can see exactly how elite players execute similar concepts at the highest level.
For players seeking off-season development, we offer customized workout plans delivered through the CoachMePlus app. Each plan is tailored to your needs, with weekly programming and video demonstrations of every exercise to guide your progress.
